This video shows a process Guy L. Warden & Sons created to meet a specific need to automate heating on a jacketed kettle application. Warden provided all the materials for this job including a custom panel for temperature readout and control of the process.

Steam is distributed through the jacket on a kettle until the desired temperature is met. Then cooling water is sent through the jacket to ensure the heating process is stopped. Finally air is sent through to purge out the water in preparation for steam flow again.
