With no moving parts, constructed of chemically inert PVDF material, and designed to withstand IP67 conditions, the RLI-80 withstands the harshest application conditions. The RLI-80 is unaffected by changes in physical properties of the application such as pressure, temperature, or vapors.
As the call to combat climate change gains momentum and the world moves towards decarbonization, net zero has become our shared destination. Many companies are unsure of how to move forward and want a pragmatic, ready-to-implement solution. Although there is a systematic methodology to decarbonization, what’s right for one facility may be wrong for another. Partnered with Armstrong, Warden is here to do what’s right for you.
Armada by Armstrong is an end-to-end domestic hot water system that offers best-in-class user safety, infection control and compliance from mechanical room to point of use. Through leading-edge hot water generation, master mixing, and point-of-use control, Armada mitigates the incubation of waterborne pathogens, prevents scalding, and provides real-time insights and historical reporting capabilities that comply with CMS, ASHRAE and other regulatory standards.
The complete Armada system includes Armstrong water heaters, The Brain Digital Recirculating Valves, Rada digital faucets, and SAGE monitoring, measuring and reporting software.
Armstrong provides industry-leading hot water generation, offering gas-fired hot water generators, steam-to-water heat exchange packages, or water-to-water heat exchange packages.
Armstrong’s Brain digital mixing valves are an industry-standard, providing unparalleled temperature control with zero system flow required. The Brain is offered as a standalone valve or in a variety a pre-piped digital mixing centers. These valves connect to SAGE software for performance monitoring, recording and documentation.
+/-2°F DRV water temperature control from peak flow rate to zero fixture demand
LCD display which indicates: set point, delivered temperature, error codes and alarm conditions capable of BAS and mobile connectivity
Programmable set point range of 81-158°F (27-70°C) capable of BAS or mobile monitoring and adjustment
Programmable thermal disinfection range of 158-185°F (70-85°C)

Condensate Recovery
Condensate recovery is integral to an efficient and reliable steam system. If condensate is not being returned, energy is being wasted. Depending on the pressure, condensate leaving a trap contains approximately 20% of the heat energy transferred at the boiler in the form of sensible heat. In addition to the energy loss, there are costs associated in the loss of inputs in fuel, water, boiler chemicals, and manpower. Environmental and personnel safety hazards are another potential concern with condensate that is not being returned.
Each condensate recovery application is unique. Warden offers a variety of solutions for condensate recovery. Our team can assess your facility and determine the best solution for your condensate return needs, sizing your application and evaluating your system at the point of condensate return, looking at spacing, available utilities, and venting and customizing a solution for your facility.

Armstrong SAGE UMT Trap Tester
Testing traps is as simple as pressing a button with our groundbreaking wireless, handheld device. Armstrong’s SAGE UMT eliminates human error and raises the quality of steam trap testing to a new level. Our state-of-the-art, automatic testing device makes it easy for any steam trap technician to survey your trap population quickly and accurately, on a regular basis.
Armstrong’s SAGE UMT, used in conjunction with SAGE Smart Steam System Management platform, is the most comprehensive and advanced trap management program in the industry.
Detects traps in good, cold and blow-through condition
Piezoelectric acoustic sensor, developed and tuned specifically for the unique conditions found in steam traps
Non-contact infrared temperature sensor
RFID technology significantly reduces the time required to locate and identify traps
SAGE UMT works seamlessly with SAGE Mobile and SAGE Smart Utility System Management platform
Data is uploaded to the cloud by SAGE for secure storage and automated backups
Customers own their own data
Use SAGE UMT for 10 hours or more before recharging; charge is restored to 90% within 2.5 hours
Easy-to-hold, ergonomic handle with rubberized ribbed grip
Convenient holster holds SAGE UMT securely; configure for right- or left-hand use
Lifetime upgrades for SAGE UMT firmware at no charge
Armstrong’s SAGE UMT syncs wirelessly to the SAGE Mobile app on your iOS or Android mobile device. SAGE Mobile then delivers your steam trap information directly to SAGE Smart Utility System Management platform, eliminating the need to manually enter survey information or decipher illegible field notes.
Scan a trap’s RFID tag with SAGE UMT; SAGE Mobile automatically opens the details for that trap
Press the stainless steel probe tip to the trap and press the test button
Test progress will be visible on both SAGE UMT and SAGE Mobile
When testing is complete, SAGE UMT wirelessly transfers the temperature and acoustic information it has collected to SAGE Mobile
SAGE Mobile analyzes the data received from SAGE UMT using Armstrong’s proprietary, UNFCCC-approved, steam system efficiency methodology; based on the results, SAGE Mobile assigns a condition to the trap
SAGE Mobile stores the trap’s data, automatically pushing it to SAGE Smart Steam System Management platform
SAGE immediately uploads data to the cloud where it’s protected by high-level security and automated backups

Trap Valve Stations
Traditional steam trap installations still leave you with two common problems, not enough space and multiple leak points. Guy L. Warden & Sons has a solution for both these problems.
We turn the old valve-nipple-strainer-nipple-trap-nipple-valve into simply TVS.
The TVS (trap valve station) saves space, has fewer leak points, and is made by a name you can trust. The Armstrong TVS (Trap Valve Station) gives a simple installation by integrating isolation valves into a single package with the same face-to-face dimensions as their standard steam traps. The TVS comes in a universal connector for stainless steel traps as well as with double-block-and-bleed configurations for critical access applications.
